CAD/CAM

We have the capability to import and unfold your supplied 3D files. This process ensures proper transfer of information and allows us to utilize the geometry directly from your designs built in Solid Works, Pro/E and Autodesk Inventor. Utilising our CAD/CAM software reduces any potential for mistakes in the programming process, and accelerates the programming time in order to get your parts to you faster.

CNC 

In response to todays competitive market place we have invested in the latest cutting technology & equipment adding a new dimension to our capabilities.

CNC PUNCHING

We work with a wide variety of materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, zintec, galvanized, copper, brass and plastics.

CNC Punching has the added advantage of producing forms, countersinks and semi shear features saving the need for further time consuming operations.

CNC FOLDING

Precision bending enabling us to work to tolerances of 0.1mm

WELDING

Our fabricating department houses a variety of additional equipment for use in sheet metal fabrication.
